Design and engineering:
Based on the initial consultation, The Rack Room designs a tailored solution that fulfils the client’s requirements. This involves selecting and specifying the AV equipment, creating the system layout, and identifying the necessary cabling and infrastructure.
Procurement and installation:
The Rack Room acquires the AV equipment and installs it on-site, adhering to AVIXA guidelines. The installation process includes the following:
· Setting up the equipment.
· Running cables.
· Integrating the AV system with any other systems or devices.
· Programming of AV equipment to meet client requirements and optimal performance
Testing and commissioning:
The installed AV system is tested and commissioned to guarantee its proper functioning and alignment with the client’s requirements. This encompasses verifying audio and video signals, assessing control interfaces, and ensuring the correct operation of any integrated systems or devices.
Documentation and training:
The Rack Room supplies the client with comprehensive system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Additionally, the client is given training on the system’s operation and maintenance.
Follow-up and support:
The Rack Room offers ongoing support and maintenance for the system, encompassing routine maintenance and necessary repairs.
